De Delleboersterheide is een beekdallandschap langs het Tsjongerkanaal bij Oldeberkoop. In het gebied ligt de Catspoele, een bijzonder mooi ven. De Hoorn geeft een beeld van de rivierduintjes, zoals die vroeger veelvuldig langs de loop van de Tsjonger lagen.

The Delleboersterheide is a valley landscape along the Tsjongerkanaal in Oldeberkoop. The area is the Cats Poele, a particularly beautiful fen. Horn gives a picture of the river dunes, such as that used to frequent along the course of the Tsjonger layers.
